DinGora products are manufactured in our China factory and shipped from our USA warehouse when inventory is available.

To prevent any misunderstanding regarding product origin and shipping location:

  • Products are manufactured and prepared in China.
  • Orders are shipped and returns are handled through our USA warehouse.

The manufacturing location and shipping location are separate.

Our China factory is responsible for product production, quality inspection, and preparation.

Our USA warehouse provides local order fulfillment support, shipping assistance, and return processing services for customers in the United States.

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates:

  • Orders totaling $55 USD or more receive free standard shipping.
  • Orders under $55 USD require a $5.44 USD standard shipping fee.

Expedited Shipping

For customers who need faster delivery:

  • Expedited shipping is available for orders of any amount.
  • Expedited shipping fee: $14.33 USD

Customers may select expedited shipping during checkout.

The final shipping cost will always be displayed before payment confirmation.
